Over the years, I’ve navigated multiple injuries and long stretches of uncertainty about whether my body would ever feel reliable again. The approaches I knew—pushing deeper, stretching more—only took me so far. Eventually, they stopped helping.
Finding the Rouleau Method changed how I understand movement, healing, and adaptation. It offered a way to work with the body rather than against it—especially when pain or limitation is part of the story.
My work is rooted in curiosity, respect for the nervous system, and the belief that bodies are not broken—they’re adaptive. Together, we explore practical, humane ways to rebuild trust, stability, and ease, so movement can become supportive again.
